As an executive, a former Marine Corps officer, and leadership author myself, this book opened my eyes to how I can continue to evolve as an inclusive leader. It helped me understand how people in my organization might be experiencing imposter syndrome in different ways and challenged me to look at my organizational culture to ensure inclusion. Find Your Fierce gave me pragmatic tools and a roadmap to stop my talent from being held back. Importantly, this book doesn’t create defensiveness, rather it piques interest to continue to learn more.
