Interrupt - Strategies to stop imposter syndrome in its tracks when it pops up…and it will!
Momentum - The deep work individuals and organizations must do to ensure a path towards a healthy culture where people can thrive and own their success!
Find Your Fierce Keynote – 30 minute keynote; Great for large scale events to help audiences understand and identify imposter syndrome, including what parts of your culture might actually be feeding it.
Find Your Fierce Development Session – 60-90 minute interactive development session; Part keynote, part training, this session is perfect for a network or affinity group session. Teresa walks your audience through the ins and outs of the frAIMwork (TM) to ensure participants walk away with techniques to battle imposter syndrome on their road to success.
Find Your Fierce Deep Dive – Half day and full day sessions designed for leadership groups and teams that want to build momentum towards their own individual success or the success of their organization. This session illuminates blind spots and unpacks unconscious bias that exists and helps participants navigate through it. Once you see something, you cannot un-see it!
